Building Diagnostic Networks
Professor Sir Mike Richards CBE has led an independent review for NHS England and made a number of recommendations to achieve increased diagnostic activity. The formation of community diagnostic hubs and the separation of acute and elective diagnostic services is a call for significant change from how patient services are presently delivered.
Implicit in change of this scale is that there will be many and sometimes opposing views on the the optimal objective and how to achieve it. Beeston Healthcare offers an independent and experienced resource to help navigate these challenges.
These changes must also be progressed alongside and within nascent ICS organisations who are seeking to ascertain their own scope of authority and broker new lines of accountability within their constituent organisations and geographies.
Beeston Healthcare has significant experience assisting organisations to prioritise those actions that identify and then achieve a preferred configuration.
