GET IN TOUCHDr. Lynn Holdsworth is a Partner of Beeston Healthcare, and a Chartered Psychologist. She is an experienced management consultant, advising individuals and organisations about the psychological impacts of change, management of stress, benefits of empowerment, and performance improvement of senior teams. Much of her work has involved the management of change within the public and voluntary sectors. Empowerment of individuals and the subsequent effect on job satisfaction and performance are areas of particular interest.
Lynn has an honours degree in applied Psychology from UCLAN, an MSc in organisational Psychology from UMIST, and a PhD from UMIST. As well as her diploma in Life Coaching, she is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Lynn has contributed to numerous research articles in the field of organisational and occupational psychology and is co-author of Organisational Behaviour for Dummies. Prior to becoming a consultant, she worked in senior roles in the private sector in Human Resources, and in management positions within media and advertising.
