GET IN TOUCHAndrew Taylor is a Partner of Beeston Healthcare. He has extensive experience in helping NHS organisations identify patient-focused benefits from major organisational change. Andrew has worked across a wide range of clinical services, facilitating clinical working groups to identify future service delivery models.
Previous clients include Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Andrew has also worked with NHS Improvement to review the experience of NHS organisational change and the benefits this has delivered, and while at the former NHS Cooperation and Competition Panel led the team which created the framework now used by NHS England and Improvement to assess the benefits arising from NHS transactions.
Andrew has a first class honours degree in economics from the University of Adelaide and a Masters in Regulation, with distinction, from the London School of Economics.
